Prospective Buyers With Follow Up Short Message Service -   With online stores, shoppers fill the order form and receive a transfer payment details via email. Though it was delivered to check email that contains detail transactions and how to transfer payments, sometimes a buyer who still lay (local market) is often neglected because they do not understand or have not experienced in transactions at the online store.

Open the email they probably rarely wrote. Email so obviously can not be the only means of communication. Need other means of communication are more effective for dealing with this buyer.

Were lucky if they want to chat via YM or olark. But sometimes after the order, they never contacted us again. Based on my experience, SMS is an effective means. SMS one time, if no reply, try again up to three times the sms. Or if you need to telephone them. Perhaps nothing in return even though they are still thinking about it etc., but you could do a follow up to find out what they need. Probably not so buy it now, but later on they just bought.

But sometimes we are reluctant to to sms or telephone due to the many orders. And with a little effort, turnover could rise. I never order the software to send sms in bulk. I was convinced to buy after seeing the web is more than 10 times. So remember, I was open, so remember, I open it again .. Because it is time I do not need. Then try a fad order, and did not receive follow-up. After a few months later my order, a new several times until finally I am free to own ..  marketing trap.

These things seem simple. But would not you have ever done in the early moments of your pioneering efforts online store? And how did it go? Do keep it, and see for yourself the results.
